At first I thought maybe I needed to Refresh the Picture File page for the new correctly rotated image to register, then upload it, but I tried that and it made no difference.
This happens whether I upload or drag-and-drop. When I rotate an image and then upload it to a seller's webpage on, it reappears on Amazon back in its unrotated sideways position.
